It's not toxic as it's used around the eyes with intent that every now and then it will enter your eyes. Liquids that enter your eyes travel to your bloodstream extremely quickly. Therefore liquid eyeliner is safe to enter the body. Just gonna see how long it lasts :)
this is def the first time ive ever heard of that being used as the ink. i really wonder how long it will last. -e
